ATTENTION: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, we will accept any reservations with a one-night package (arrival on 31/12 and departure on 01/01) only if we still have rooms available starting from 20/12
To book, a deposit equal to 50% of the booking amount is required.
This is the Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel by 5/12 you will be refunded the deposit paid, with only a €10 deduction for management costs.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation up to a maximum value of Euro 774.00.
In the event of a penalty for late cancellation and justified by a valid reason, the Management freely undertakes to adopt the most effective measures to try to replace the cancellation suffered and thus provide a partial refund of the amount paid, in the desire to make itself as conciliatory as possible towards the missed guest.
