The Restaurant Verum is the ideal choice for anyone looking for an elegant but also informal restaurant near Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore, where to find creative and natural food by proposals which combine modernity and tradition. The Wine List is varied, with Italian excellences divided into categories according to region, but above all focused on the enhancement of local wines.
The Verum Restaurant is open to the public with an independent entrance but offers a reserved and exclusive access to the Hotel Cortese-guests. The original setting of this restaurant welcomes the guests in a large and bright dining room with all the windows-overlooking the adjacent forest and the profile of the pre-Alpine mountains, embellished with artistic works, design elements and furniture that all draw inspiration from the deep soul of nature: profiles of trees and leaves, living wood to touch, fruits, stones, water, fire ... lights and colors that envelop and excite you.
in summertime
During the summer, the restaurant moves outside under a beautiful stone and wood porch, directly overlooking the hotel's internal garden where the variegated colors of the flower and the gush of water from the fountain create an atmosphere of charm and relaxation. To complete the available spaces there is a smaller and very welcoming room, a sort of "nest" that envelops you in its elegant and comfortable environment, further embellished in the cold season by the presence of a live fire from a stove.
